Whether you have a small bolt hole by the sea or a quaint cottage in the English countryside - then  Bracken & Beach will help create a bespoke finish to achieve your maximum potential. Bracken and Beach are able to bring you a full turn key approach to your holiday home, by offering a detailed service to either inject new life into an existing rental or if you are considering investing in a holiday home - both to help you achieve the maximum rental for your business.

Bracken and Beach will work with you to realise your vision - by completing an initial consultation to understand your location / market /  the style you hope to achieve. Nicky will then produce interior design schemes for the property, whilst Miss Sammie will work on the branding / logo / website launch that complement the whole experience you wish to give your potential visitors. This part is crucial to maximising your bookings and rental income as the majority of your customers will be drawn into your holiday home from their first view of your website  - so ensuring your brand and imagery is perfect is essential. 

Sammie can also assist in the photography that can be used on your site and help produce and adverts / flyers / social media pages to help promote your holiday home. 

Nicky can work on the initial interior design schemes, and then also assist by helping to supply / source all the finishing touches ie curtains / carpets / accessories and even return to style the project at the end. Photographs can then be taken for the promotional materials and  they can even help with promoting your holiday home via the vast following on Joy Interiors social media pages.
